Ask a question about sleep, nutrition, or fatigue
Describe your situation in a few sentences and ask what to change first. You do not need a prepared history — how you sleep, how you eat, and how long the tiredness has lasted is enough for a useful reply.

We are a small practice run by Restful Life Balance OÜ in Tartu, and we answer messages ourselves during opening hours. If your question is better answered by a doctor, we will say so plainly rather than stretch our scope.
Before you write
Two or three sentences on each of these is plenty. Concrete details let us answer with something you can actually use next week.
- Roughly how many hours you sleep, and whether it feels restorative.
- What a normal day of eating looks like, without tidying it up.
- How long the tiredness has lasted and what changed when it started.
- Context that shapes your week: shift work, small children, recent stress.
Send your question
Write in English, at whatever length suits you. A short message with the details above is enough — there is no long intake form waiting on the other side.
Where we are
Consultations happen at our Tartu office or over a call, whichever suits your week. Gildi tn 3 is a short walk from the city centre.

What you can expect back
No automated sequences and no long intake forms. Some questions need a closer look; most can be answered in a paragraph, and we will answer them that way.
Direct guidance for your situation
A short reply with the two or three changes worth trying first, based on how you sleep and eat.
A pointer to the topic page that fits
Sometimes the answer already sits in our sleep, nutrition, fatigue, longevity or body care guidance.
A suggestion to see a doctor or specialist
When a question sits outside nutrition and lifestyle guidance, we say so and point you onward.
Usually within a few working days
If a week passes without a reply, send the message again — email occasionally slips through.
What we do not handle
We do not diagnose conditions, interpret test results, or manage medication, and we do not provide emergency support. If you are struggling urgently with your mental health, contact your doctor or the relevant Estonian helpline instead of this form. Our scope is nutrition and lifestyle guidance for everyday sleep, energy, and fatigue issues.
Consultations for individual guidance
If your situation is more complex, a consultation lets us look at your week in detail: meal timing, sleep routine, movement, and the constraints that make change difficult. We work with adults in Estonia and can talk through your schedule in the format that suits you.
You do not need to decide before writing. Mention that you are interested and we will explain how it works, what a session covers, and what to prepare — no obligation attached to asking.
What we look at first
When a message is hard to place, we usually start with the evening: when you last eat, what that meal looks like, and how the hour before bed runs. That is where small changes tend to move sleep and daytime energy most quickly, and it is the part most people can describe from memory.
Privacy and your data
Details you send through this form are used only to answer your question. We do not sell them or pass them to anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
The full picture is in the privacy policy, and the cookie policy explains how the site itself handles files in your browser.
If you are unsure whether your question belongs here, send it anyway. It is easier for us to point you to the right place than to guess from the outside.
Questions before you write
Short answers to what people ask most often before sending a first message.
Do I need to book before asking a question?
No. Send the question first and we will answer it directly. A consultation is only suggested when your situation needs more than a paragraph to work through.
Is this medical advice?
No. We give nutrition and lifestyle guidance for everyday sleep, energy, and fatigue issues. We do not diagnose, read test results, or change medication, and we say so when a question belongs with a doctor.
How much detail should I include?
Enough for us to picture your week: sleep hours and how restful it feels, a normal day of eating, how long the tiredness has lasted, and anything unusual such as shift work or a recent stressful period. Two or three sentences on each is plenty.
What if I am not in Estonia?
You are welcome to write, and we will answer what we can. Consultations are designed around living in Estonia, so practical details such as local food options, seasons, and daily rhythm fit that setting best.
What happens if I never hear back?
Send the message again, or call us during opening hours. Email occasionally slips through, and we would rather receive your question twice than not at all. Urgent medical matters should never wait on our reply.
Where to continue
If your question is really about one topic, that page may already answer it. Otherwise the practical pages below are the fastest route in.
